We are very happy to inform that Shihan Mark Smart from Australia joined International Budokai Union. Shihan lead Dojo in Melbourne. He also supervise one Dojo in Liberia (Africa). In his 49 years career in Martial Arts he was studying Kyokushin, Jujitsu, Kenpo and Aikido. Shihan became official Branch Chief of our Organisation.
