From 7 to 9 January 2022 in Tunisia took place IBU KyodoKyokushin and KWU seminar with Kancho Maciej Misiak. Organiser of the event was Shihan Adel Karoui (IBU Africa Coordinator) and KWU Tunisia. On first day Kancho made session for Coaches. There were KWF, Kenbukai and IBU Kyokushin trainers. We had also delegation from IBU Irak. Durring this session Kancho demonstrated special method of fitness training, streaching, warm up using kihon and special kumite and self defence techniques.
